Do you agree or disagree with the following statements Because people are busy doing so many different things, they do very few things well. Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.

 Y=job done

X1 =multiple tasks

X2=simple task

C1 = Sense of responsibility

C2 = time horizon

C3 = the deadline of the goal and mission

C4=the job correlation

Y=(C1+C2+C3+C4)X

I disagree that those with muti-work get few done in light of the below factors- sense of responsibility, time horizon, the deadline of the goal and mission, and the job correlation. Below is the detailed.

First, sense of responsibility determine whether jobs can be done more than/rather than does the number of tasks. , As we know, average person, with sense of responsibility to some degree , can engage in all work and eventually make jobs done whether in multiple tasks or in single one. That is , with the sense, multi-work is planned to be done as can be expected.

Second, in light of time horizon, average person with a mission goal, even though plodding in doing many things simultaneously, can still eventually make these jobs done , and even consume less total time ,much less in doing  things one by one at a time. For example, on the scene of office, the worker may deal with many different matters in a day, and eventually get all the jobs done with few exceptions. Take my job, a designer, to illustrate, I often do different jobs in a day to fulfill my assignment. I don’t wait for one job done and star another .it is definite more inefficient to do so.

Furthermore, we cannot ignore the factor of job correlation and physical distance.  Considering physical distance and the location of counterpart, and job correlation .Of course, to save effort we may do different things at a time and in the same rout better than take repetitious to-and- fro routs to get job done one by one. And in a certain time horizon, then there can be more jobs done than the total jobs done one by one

Last but not the least, the deadline of the goal and mission also push us to do multi tasks meanwhile. In today’s highly developed city, time become more golden and cherishing than ever as a saying goes,  ”Time is money”. Multi-work become a necessity and quite common with the approaching deadline and limited remaining time. Many of us strive for get all jobs done of some project. Doing multi-task is too common a practice we are familiar with
